  • What can I expect and how should I prepare for my first visit with my new physician?

    You will be asked to complete a new patient questionnaire prior to your visit. This may take at least 15 minutes to complete. Your doctor will review it with you at the same time as reviewing your medical history. Typically an initial visit lasts about 45 minutes.

  • What happens at an immigration exam?

    During the exam, the doctor will check to see if you have any dangerous communicable diseases, potentially harmful mental disorders, drug problems, or other health related issues that would prevent you from staying in the country.
